- Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team (around 17 FTE)
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Strong Clienteling focus
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure excellence in client service
- Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability
- Monitor and analyse KPIs and business results




- Ensure that visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at the highest level
- Produce reportsand specific business analysis.The idóneo candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:Fluent spoken Spanish and English; xqysrnhAt least 8 years of experience in a managerial role within Luxury Brands
- Strong leadership and people management skills
