This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform, fostering long‑term relationships, and driving customer retention. Proactively engaging with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges.

Monitoring customer health and identifying at‑risk accounts for proactive intervention. Conducting regular check‑ins and business reviews with clients. Collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs.

Driving adoption, usage, and overall satisfaction with our services. Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements. Proven experience in Customer Success,



Account Management, or a similar client‑facing role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Spanish. Fluency in English is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in using CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Self‑disciplined and organized to excel in a remote work setting.
