We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional to represent leading international brands at Tenerife South Airport.
This is not a traditional customer service role.
We need someone with a strong commercial mindset who knows how to approach customers, identify needs, overcome objections, persuade and close sales — even when the customer is hesitant.
What You’ll DoProactively engage with international travelers.

Deliver a professional, memorable customer experience.
What We’re Looking ForProven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
Resilient,



confident and highly results-oriented.
Advanced/fluent English is essential.
Comfortable selling and handling objections in English.
Additional languages are a strong advantage.
Versátil availability, including weekends and rotating shifts.21+ due to the nature of the products.
Tenerife resident — accommodation is not provided.
Clean criminal record required.
The interview will be conducted in English and will assess your communication and sales skills.

What We Offer
Full-time: 40h/week – Fijo Discontinuo contract.

Salary:
€20,000 gross per year, plus up to €300 per month in performance-based incentives.
