* Give empathetic, professional support via phone, e-mail and chat
* Help customers with account management, billing and technical troubleshooting

* Full fluency in Castilian (Spanish) and English (B1)

* Training allowance: €18.56/day gross, paid for successfully completed training Contract & conditions
* 12-month fixed term with a 1-month trial period; permanent after 2 years
* 40 hours/week (8h + 1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday rotation
