* Years of experience within the Banking Industry. Understanding of Banking solutions (origination and/or servicing).
* Exposure to implementation in a Financial Services or Banking Industry. Project Management and/or delivery/execution experience.
* Availability for travelling.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels.
* Ability to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challenges.
