Own data delivery within a business domain, working directly with stakeholders and the wider engineering team from source discovery and ingestion through to transformation, modelling and reporting. What we are looking for
* Strong experience delivering production data solutions on Azure, with hands-on Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory expertise.
* Experience with Microsoft Fabric and lakehouse architecture.
* Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills, plus experience with dbt transformations and testing.
* Understanding of dimensional modelling, Power BI and semantic models.
* Confidence with Git, CI/CD and deployment across environments.
* Ability to work independently,



communicate with stakeholders and own delivery. What you will do
* Own the delivery of reliable, scalable data pipelines and data products, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Build ingestion and orchestration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, and transformations using Databricks, SQL and Python/PySpark.
* Work with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture and Bronze, Silver and Gold data layers.
* Develop analytical data models and reusable semantic models for Power BI.
* Apply data quality checks, testing, monitoring and governance practices.
* Manage code and deployments through Git, pull requests and CI/CD.
* Share ideas, documentation and knowledge across the engineering team.
