Purpose of the roleEnd-to-end management of a residential rental asset, run as an autonomous business unit, with direct responsibility for the resident experience, asset profitability and day-to-day operations. Build an attractive, safe and efficient residential community.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full operation of the residential assetLead the onsite team to a high standard of serviceOversee tenant management (move-ins, move-outs, renewals, inspections,



issues)Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and quality standardsCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenanceDrive resident satisfaction and retentionWork with Marketing and Sales on leasing, campaigns and pricingManage annual budgets and reporting for owners/investorsEnsure Health & Safety complianceRequired skills and or qualificationsExperience managing residential rental and hospitality assets: hands-on experience managing residential rental assets (BTR, PBSA or similar) or hospitalityExperience in operations, teams and P&L;: has simultaneously managed day-to-day operations, a team and financial results (P&L;)Tourism regulations: practical knowledge of tourism regulationsTeam and supplier leadership: experience leading an onsite team and coordinating external suppliersBudgeting and reporting: ability to prepare and track annual budgets and produce financial reporting.
