OneMoneyWay is a financial platform offering business accounts, payments and business cards to SMEs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Spain. We're looking for a Danish-speaking Onboarding Manager to guide new Danish business clients from signed application to fully active account, working from our office in Málaga's financial district.
What you'll do
Guide new Danish business clients through the onboarding process, from application to account activationBe the client's main point of contact during onboarding by phone and emailCollect and check client information and documents, and follow up on anything missingWork closely with sales,
compliance and customer support to keep applications movingMake sure clients are set up correctly and know how to get started with their account and cardsTrack applications and keep case notes up to date in our CRMSpot bottlenecks and suggest improvements to make onboarding faster and smootherWhat we're looking forFluent Danish and good English, written and spokenExperience in onboarding, customer success, account management or a similar client-facing roleHighly organised, detail-oriented and good at managing many cases at onceClear, friendly communicator who keeps clients informed and motivatedProactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownershipBased in Málaga or willing to relocateNice to haveExperience from fintech, banking, payments or B2B xqbhyrx servicesBasic familiarity with KYC or document checks (we'll train you)
