Lead the strategy, profitability, and excellence in the execution of support and maintenance contracts (preventive, corrective, and evolutionary) for Isotrol's integral client portfolio.
Strategic Service Management and IT/OT Governance: Ensure strict compliance with critical SLAs and KPIs for services in renewable energy industrial environments. Leadership and Management of High-Performance Teams: Lead, mentor, and scale teams of support engineers.
