About The Role
We are recruiting for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer experience team in Athens, Greece. You can work remotely, from a modern office, or a mix of both, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move. No prior experience is required. Full paid training is provided from day one, making this an adecuado starting point for a career in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer enquiries in Spanish by phone, email and live chat
* Resolve issues, provide accurate information and escalation as needed
* Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system
* Deliver a consistently professional, high-quality customer experience
* Work with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets Requirements
* Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2), essential
* Fluent English (team working language)
* 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or any client‑facing role (entry‑level candidates welcome)




* Clear, empathetic and professional communication
* Able to work independently remotely and within an office team
* Positive, solution‑focused attitude
