You will work in an automation COE, collaborating with a centralised AI Platform team, IT, Dev Ops etc. Establish continuous improvement programs to optimize engineering performance, code quality, and system scalability Design, standardize, and champion robust deployment patterns, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native operational architectures Proven executive or senior-level architectural leadership experience within high-scale enterprise environments (preferably Fintech or Payments) Deep technical expertise in enterprise software design, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure,



and microservices architecture Strong track record of establishing organizational technology governance frameworks and engineering quality standards Mastery of modern deployment strategies, infrastructure-as-code, pipeline automation, and high-availability operational architectures What's in it for you?
