Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Provide ventilator care and tracheostomy (trach) management
• Deliver evidence-based wound care
• Administer medications and manage patient care plans
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Qualifications & Skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) with LTAC experience
• Strong ability to manage ventilators and tracheostomies
• Proficiency in high-acuity, medically fragile patient care
• Competence in wound care and medication administration
• Excellent assessment skills and effective team communication
