About Stud & GlobeStud & Globe is a Barcelona-based company that places students in paid hospitality internships in luxury hotels, year-round. Every internship includes on-site accommodation, meals and a monthly stipend. Our partner hotels are on the Costa Brava, the Canary and Balearic Islands, in Seville and in France. We also run mobility programs in Ireland and Malta (host families). After years working with French schools, we are now growing our international network of universities, colleges and agencies. The roleThe University Partnerships Manager builds and grows Stud & Globe’s network of partner universities and hospitality schools worldwide. Your goal: turn institutions into steady sources of qualified interns for our hotels.

Key responsibilities
• Prospect universities, hospitality schools and career centers, in priority in the US, then Europe and Asia.
• Sign partnerships: present our programs, negotiate terms and formalize agreements
• Handle candidate inquiries: speak with prospective candidates, explain our service and how the program works, and answer their questions.
• Manage key accounts: onboard partners, keep regular contact and grow the number of students they send each year.




• Represent Stud & Globe at international education events.
• Run webinars and info sessions for faculty, advisors and students.
• Support students and partners on internship agreements, student affairs, and health & safety questions, with our operations team. Profile
• 3+ years in university partnerships, education abroad, international admissions or B2B business development in education
• An existing network of universities, study abroad offices or career centers is a strong plus
• Confident presenter, comfortable at conferences and webinars
• Fluent or native English; French or Spanish is a plus
• Autonomous, organized, used to CRM follow-up and reporting
