About Sunresin With more than 1,600 employees worldwide, Sunresin develops and manufactures resin technologies for separation, purification and synthesis. Our international Life Sciences division works with biotechnology and pharmaceutical customers to support the development and production of biomolecules, including proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides. Your role Working directly with our Global Marketing Manager, you will help deliver marketing activities across digital channels, internal communications and events. You will work with sales and technical colleagues, including our team at headquarters, to build a consistent global brand and support commercial activity. Priorities and projects will be agreed together, with room to contribute ideas and take responsibility for your work. The position requires strong interaction wth HQ in Xi’an China and direct communications in Chinese. What you will do
• Social media and content. Help manage LinkedIn and other relevant channels, maintain the content calendar, and write posts, newsletters and internal updates.
• Scientific communication. Turn technical input into useful content for customers, working with our specialists to check accuracy and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Design and multimedia. Create graphics, presentations, brochures and event materials. Capture and edit photos, short videos and team interviews for our website and social channels.
• Website. Update product pages, news and resources through our CMS, keeping content accurate, consistent and easy to find.
• Trade shows and events. Coordinate internal and external events,



from planning and supplier liaison to exhibitor requirements, materials, logistics and on-site support. Help track schedules and budgets, and coordinate follow-up with sales.
• Campaigns and collaboration. Support product launches and campaigns across markets. Coordinate content, approvals and deadlines with international colleagues and external partners.
• Analytics and organisation. Track social media, website and campaign results, recommend improvements, and keep marketing files and assets organised and up to date. What you will bring Essential

requirements:
• Scientific understanding. A solid scientific foundation, ideally through a degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy or a related field, combined with practical marketing knowledge.
• English and Chinese. Professional fluency in both languages, written and spoken. You will create content in English and communicate regularly with our colleagues at headquarters in Xi’an, China, by phone and WeChat.
• Marketing experience. Experience delivering marketing or communications projects, with examples of your contribution and strong writing and editing skills.
• Content creation tools. Practical experience creating content with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
• AI tools. Knowledge and practical use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar applications for marketing work.



Preferred

qualifications:
• Sector knowledge. Experience in life sciences, biotechnology or another technical B2B environment, or familiarity with chromatography or bioprocessing.
• Website content. Experience updating websites through PrestaShop or another content management system.
• Adobe and multimedia. Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and practical photo and video editing skills using tools such as Premiere, After Effects or CapCut.
• Digital marketing. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics 4, email marketing or CRM tools.
• Analytical thinking. Confidence working with marketing data and using it to suggest practical improvements.
