Role Description The Executive Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Algorta, responsible for overseeing business operations, guiding strategic growth, and ensuring excellence in project delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and financial performance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves shaping organizational vision, improving internal processes, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives. The Executive Director will collaborate closely with design and project teams to align operational decisions with UPSPACE Interiors’ core values of craftsmanship,



transparency, and client-centered service. Qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams in a design, architecture, or related industry.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational skills to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Solid financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in project management, including oversight of timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or creative industries is highly beneficial, with an understanding of design processes and client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Design, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to work on-site, engage directly with teams and clients, and adapt to a dynamic, collaborative environment.
