Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) is seeking an HR Controlling & People Analytics Coordinator to lead workforce cost planning, budget control, and data-driven insights. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will bridge HR strategy with analytics to support strategic initiatives.
You will oversee payroll cost closings, develop KPI dashboards, coordinate monthly analytics packages, and mentor a junior officer.
