Technical Solutions & Project Delivery Specialist – EPC Projects

About the Company

Our client is an established general provider of industrial automation, process control and digital transformation technologies, serving major industrial customers across international markets.

As part of its continued European expansion, the company is seeking an experienced professional who combines technical solution architecture expertise with project management and EPC project experience .

This position bridges technical solution development, customer engagement and engineering project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors to develop and coordinate industrial automation solutions.
- Translate customer and EPC project requirements into practical technical architectures and engineering proposals.
- Support the design and integration of DCS, PLC, SCADA and related industrial control systems.
- Coordinate technical activities between customers, EPC contractors, internal engineering teams and technology suppliers.
- Participate in project planning, technical reviews, engineering meetings and solution evaluations.
- Support tendering, technical bid preparation, commercial discussions and project handover.
- Monitor technical deliverables, project milestones and engineering requirements to support successful project execution.
- Identify project risks, technical constraints and integration challenges, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Ensure alignment between proposed technical solutions and the project's execution requirements, schedule and budget.




- Maintain strong relationships with EPC partners and industrial end customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Control Engineering or a related discipline.
- Solid professional experience in industrial automation, engineering project delivery, solution architecture or technical project management.
- Demonstrable experience working directly with EPC contractors on industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA and associated instrumentation.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, engineering documentation and project requirements.
- Experience coordinating engineering stakeholders across multiple project phases.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting technical tenders, project proposals or project execution.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project activities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with EPC companies or industrial automation vendors.
- Exposure to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Energy, Utilities or other process industries.
- Background combining pre-sales engineering with project management or technical delivery.
- Familiarity with automation solutions from Siemens, ABB, Emerson, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Yokogawa or similar providers.
- Experience managing technical interfaces among equipment vendors, engineering contractors and end customers.
