Technical Solutions & Project Delivery Specialist – EPC Projects

Location: Spain (Remote + Travel)

Industry: Industrial Automation | Process Control | EPC | Engineering Solutions A integral leader in industrial automation, process control, and digital transformation technologies is expanding its European footprint and seeking a Technical Solutions & Project Delivery Specialist to join the team in Spain.

This multidisciplinary role sits at the intersection of technical solution architecture, client engagement, and engineering project execution across major European industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- EPC Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors to design, coordinate, and deliver robust industrial automation solutions.
- Architecture & Tendering: Translate complex end-customer and EPC requirements into practical technical architectures, engineering proposals, and technical bid submissions.
- System Integration: Support the design, specification, and integration of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and advanced industrial control systems.
- Project Delivery & Risk Management: Monitor technical deliverables, project milestones, and budgets while proactively identifying risks and integration constraints.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main technical bridge connecting end customers,



EPC partners, internal engineering teams, and equipment suppliers.

What We Are Looking For

- Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- EPC & Industry Experience: Proven track record working directly with EPC contractors on industrial or infrastructure projects, ideally within process industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Chemicals, or Utilities).
- Technical Domain: Strong knowledge of industrial automation control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA) and associated instrumentation.
- Vendor Familiarity: Hands-on or architecture experience with major automation vendors (e.g., Emerson, ABB, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Yokogawa).
- Languages & Mobility: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with a willingness to travel for client meetings and project sites.
