The opportunity As a member of the Technology Risk IT Audit team, You will participate in strategic projects involving the review and audit of AI governance models, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with Technology Directors, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers, Innovation Leaders, Business Leaders, and others, ensuring the effective management of risks associated with the use of AI. As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge &

experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation. Validate existing AI-related controls, assessing the design, implementation, and effectiveness of the established controls.

- Perform algorithm audits, reviewing key KPIs such as robustness, security, bias, interpretability, etc.
- Execute automated tests using computer-assisted audit techniques (CAAT) and tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, among others, to verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of AI related business processes.
- Provide improvement recommendations based on the results obtained, advising clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance the controls within their technology and AI platforms.
- Review AI analytical models using both traditional and generative techniques to drive innovation within the organization.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in artificial intelligence, AI risk management,



or AI model auditing.
- A person with initiative, critical thinking, willingness to learn, customer orientation, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Languages: High level of English (minimum B1).
