Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple interconnected IT infrastructure projects.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables,



and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across various projects.
- Lead and mentor program teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work culture.
- Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks and dependencies.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in IT infrastructure management and project delivery.
- Oversee the selection and management of third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Monitor program performance, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions.
- Champion the modernization effort, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT project and program management, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex IT infrastructure modernization programs in a fully remote environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud, security).




- Expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage distributed teams and foster collaboration across different time zones.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
