You will lead hybrid infrastructure initiatives, drive automation, and improve reliability in collaboration with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Security teams.

ResponsabilidadesDesign, deploy, and optimize infrastructure across AWS and bare-metal environments
Administer Linux-based servers hosted by external providers (e.g., OVH)
Manage AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB, EKS)
Deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in cloud and self-hosted setups
Ensure secure networking between cloud and bare-metal infrastructure
Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or CloudFormation
Automate provisioning, configuration, and operations with Python, Bash, Ansible




Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for infra and apps
Monitor performance, reliability, and security; troubleshoot incidents
Plan and implement backup, DR, and BC strategies
Support modernization and cloud-migration initiatives
Collaborate to improve deployment processes and reliability
Document architecture and share knowledge across teams
Requisitos principales5+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps
3+ years cloud infrastructure experience (preferably AWS)
Experience managing cloud and dedicated bare-metal servers
Hands-on Kubernetes in production
High-availability and reliability-focused infrastructure
Experience with international, distributed teams
Must-have: AWS core services, VPC networking, EKS, Terraform or CloudFormation, Linux administration, bare-metal servers, networking, storage, security
Nice to have: OVHcloud, AWS certifications, Kubernetes certifications, GitOps tools (ArgoCD/Flux)
Hybrid infrastructure design and capacity planning experience
Strong automation and monitoring capabilities
