OverviewIn this role you drive end-to-end delivery of IT projects within a cross-functional eCommerce context.
You ensure service delivery excellence, governance, and cost efficiency across the project lifecycle, from ideation to decommissioning.
You partner with business stakeholders to shape the product vision and roadmap and translate customer insights into viable products.
You lead and develop a high-performing team, aligning technical delivery with business value and transformation goals.

ResponsabilidadesHold full accountability for project lifecycle, including user needs, communication, finance, build, operations, security, and continual improvement
Ensure sustainability and cost efficiency to deliver value for the Group
Define and contribute to architecture and process capabilities for the product
Support Sales, Marketing and Distribution eCommerce teams from vision to strategy and operational actions
Collaborate with transformation initiatives to anchor culture change
Lead IT communications with focus on quality, accuracy, and cadence
Partner with the business product owner to define delivery of the product vision and roadmap




Identify gaps from deep understanding of customer experience and generate ideas to improve product and CX
Scope and prioritize activities with business impact across all projects
Maintain trusted stakeholder relationships as IT contact for the project
Backlog prioritization to align initiatives with maximum ROI and IT strategy
Ensure IT product squads meet delivery commitments and coordinate multiple teams to deliver complete solutions
Deliver required quality of service across IT products and orchestrate deliverables from multiple teams
Requisitos principalesMS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years experience
Deep experience in Agile Methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, ...), including LeSS
Technical knowledge of Java, Springboot, React, Liferay (or other CMS's), Salesforce, API design, microservices architectures, relational databases
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical and business documentation into viable requirements
Ability to work under pressure and communicate shifting priorities concisely
Fluent English and Spanish.
