OverviewIn this role, you drive Azure adoption by acquiring new customers and enabling a broad partner network.
You will work with indirect partners, hosters, and Microsoft stakeholders to accelerate cloud migration initiatives using Microsoft programs and incentives.
The position emphasizes hunting for opportunities, growing partner-led Azure practices, and delivering measurable migration growth.
You'll collaborate across teams to align migration offerings with customer needs and partner strengths, shaping cloud transformation at scale.
ResponsabilidadesIdentify, recruit and grow Microsoft partners to expand the Azure customer base
Support partners developing an Azure practice and help them win new customers
Expand Azure adoption among hosters/service providers participating in SPLA and related programs
Build strategic growth plans with partners and monitor progress toward targets
Drive new customer acquisition through Azure migration and modernization opportunities
Identify and develop migration opportunities across Windows, SQL, and Linux workloads
Leverage Microsoft tools, programs and incentives to accelerate demand and engagement




Promote Azure value propositions and migration solutions to partners and end customers
Help partners create compelling Azure migration and cloud transformation offerings
Increase partner adoption of migration incentives, workshops, assessments, and co-funded initiatives
Manage stakeholder relationships and run regular business reviews to track pipeline and program usage
Participate in SureStep events and enablement activities; share best practices and maintain Azure knowledge
Requisitos principalesMinimum 2 years in IT sales, business development, partner management, or marketing
Experience in technology industry
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to generate new business
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
Basic understanding of cloud technologies and Microsoft Azure
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
