Main Responsibilities Receive and handle user support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Classify and prioritize incidents and service requests. Provide first-line technical support for: Windows operating systems Microsoft Office applications Email-related issues PCs and peripheral devices Basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN) Assist users in resolving technical problems and promote IT best practices. Escalate complex incidents to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams.
