ResponsabilidadesOwns substantial portions of installations and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity
Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle
Escalates complex problems to relevant third parties
Assists with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover
Compiles and maintains project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback)
Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization
Takes leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice
Performs other related tasks as required
