ResponsabilidadesDevelop and refine innovative HVAC concepts using advanced calculation and simulation tools
Prepare precise technical specifications and milestone plans for customer projects and R&D;
Guide suppliers through design, manufacturing, and testing of HVAC components




Drive design-to-cost initiatives to enhance system efficiency and competitiveness
Organize and supervise air?conditioning measurements and system optimizations on vehicles
Coordinate with internal design and development teams to integrate HVAC into the train architecture
Requisitos principalesDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Construction, or a comparable technical field
Experience or strong knowledge in air conditioning and thermodynamics
Proactive mindset with ownership of projects after onboarding
Strong presentation skills for stakeholders
Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally
Optional: rail vehicle technology experience, refrigeration circuits, industry standards, Spanish language skills
