Create and manage reports and dashboards in Celonis and ServiceNow
Oversee quality assurance of the current reporting system

Requisitos principalesExperience in reporting and process mining with Celonis, performance analysis and statistics (MUST HAVE)
Experience using or administering ServiceNow
Familiarity with ITIL Foundation
Understanding of service and support processes
Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect dependencies between processes
Ability to review/test own work and prepare/workshop delivery
Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
Motivation to learn new topics and adapt
Fluent in English
