Analyze store performance and KPIs, report trends and competitor activity
Lead activities to achieve store objectives and engage with local environment and audiences

Monitor CRM reporting and execute CRM initiatives

Oversee and deliver commercial training; cascade materials to teams

Lead or participate in daily store meetings to share trends and updates
Requisitos principalesPrevious experience in Luxury Retail driving department sales and profitability
Commercial awareness with exposure to sales KPIs
