ResponsabilidadesDefine and drive the Engineering Data roadmap translating business needs into priorities
Lead and coordinate the EDQ team with capacity and workload planning to ensure delivery
Strengthen data governance with First Time Right and No Data, No Launch principles




Ensure data readiness for transformations including ERP deployments
Monitor data quality performance via KPIs and dashboards
Foster stakeholder alignment and coordinate Engineering Data communities
Develop data capabilities through PDM expertise and communities of practice
Leverage AI-enabled data management to improve quality and efficiency
Requisitos principalesStrong background in Engineering, Engineering Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management
Good understanding of PDM environments and data governance
Proven experience in project or team coordination in a cross-functional environment
Ability to structure, prioritize and drive transformation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
