ResponsabilidadesDesign and industrialize high-power converters (1-10MW, ****Vdc) for AC/DC, DC-DC, DC/AC
Model voltage source and line-commutated converters
Specify components (IGBTs, cooling, magnetics) and design filters and power factor compensation
Verify compliance with specifications and standards
Coordinate protections, validation, and testing




Prepare converter testing documentation
Analyze customer specifications
Prepare offers and perform cost calculations
Provide technical leadership in customer projects and support project management
Requisitos principalesMaster's Degree or above in Power Electronics Engineering
Understanding of functional characteristics of Power Electronics and control for converters
Knowledge in IGBT-based Voltage Source Converters (VSC)
Knowledge of Thyristor-based Line Commutation Converters (LCC)
Knowledge of simulation tools like MATLAB/SIMULINK, PSIM
Positive attitude, initiative, proactiveness and enthusiasm for power electronics and renewable energy
Demonstrable success in achieving customer milestones and exceeding quality expectations
Good problem solving with minimal supervision and solution-building skills
