OverviewIn this role you will lead data-driven performance marketing efforts across regions, partnering with marketers, data engineers, and data scientists to uncover growth opportunities and optimize campaigns. You will own high-impact regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE), collaborating across channels to drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement. You'll champion continuous optimization through A/B testing and rigorous performance analysis while sharing best practices to elevate the team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a strong impact on growth and efficiency.
