ResponsabilidadesProvide strategic direction and leadership for regional HSE programs and processes
Coordinate continuous regional improvement and the implementation of global/regional HSE initiatives
Assess emerging HSE risks and drive proactive actions with regional/general functions
Ensure consistent HSE management system implementation across sites and regions




Support and guide teams to build a proactive HSE culture across the value chain
Monitor HSE performance and intervene when standards are not met
Requisitos principales2 to 5 years of direct HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
Technical background/engineering degree or solid foundation in occupational risk prevention
High level of English (written and spoken)
Extensive operational, on-the-ground experience
Thorough understanding of national HSE regulations and safety standards
Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) or HSE
ISO * Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
