EQS Group is seeking its first dedicated Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build from scratch and shape how our teams sell across a multi-product SaaS portfolio. Based in Barcelona or Munich, you’ll transform winning practices into coaching, playbooks and onboarding—with ownership and measurable impact on ramp and win rates.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product and Marketing to design onboarding curricula, content libraries, and field-ready training.
