ResponsabilidadesManage the project roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting for a integral IAM transformation.
Coordinate migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications,



training and adoption while ensuring alignment between business, technical and operational teams.
Support governance activities, executive reporting and project readiness throughout the transformation journey.
Requisitos principalesExperience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects.
Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.
