OverviewAs Quality Manager in Segovia, you will lead the Quality and Laboratory team to ensure products meet customer specs and standards while steering sustainability initiatives. You will drive continuous improvement across the plant, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to boost quality, environmental impact, and customer satisfaction. You'll shape talent development and influence strategic decisions as part of the plant leadership. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the plant Making data-driven decisions using key quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental indicators Developing and growing the team aligned with company values Ensuring compliance with BSCI and promoting ethical, sustainable practices Requisitos principalesUniversity degree in Science or related field Experience in talent development managing teams ( 15 people) and strong communication, impact, and influencing skills Solution-oriented with strategic mindset and results focus High level of English (B2/C1) Knowledge of SAP is a plus strong communication impact and influencing abilities team leadership Quality management systems (ISO, IFS, BRC, OEKO-TEX) Sustainability standards and audits SAP (plus)
