The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing activities of the Wireless Networking Group , by advancing the state of the art and designing key scientific and technological enablers of future cellular networks to integrate sensing and communications.
To this end, he/she will design new models and algorithms for efficient on-device inference, exploring the intersection of joint communication and sensing under real-world constraints.

The position requires:an MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with a solid academic recordsolid background in Integrated Sensing and Communications, Signal Processing or related areasexperience with machine learning frameworks and embedded or resource-constrained systemsexcellent programming skillsfluency in written and spoken Englishenthusiasm for interdisciplinary researchThis contract is part of grant PID2 NB-I00, funded by MCIN/AEI/** IMDEA Networks Institute aims to increase the proportion of women and therefore qualified female applicants are explicitly encouraged to apply.
