ResponsabilidadesBuild and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with strategic partners to achieve shared objectives
Oversee alliance governance, track milestones, and ensure contractual compliance
Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to align communication,



decisions and reporting
Ensure alliance activities align with Ferrer's strategic priorities and value expectations
Proactively identify and manage risks, challenges, and conflicts with timely escalations
Foster clear communication and escalation with key stakeholders at various organisational levels
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within Ferrer and its partnerships
Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
?5 years in Business Development & Licensing, Alliance Management or Strategic Partner Management
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences business environment
Experience in international, cross-functional/integral roles
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
