ResponsabilidadesBuild and maintain marketing–spend to acquisition/LTV models; deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance narratives
Evaluate incrementality, geo-lift tests, and media mix to optimize spend and understand halo effects and cannibalization
Define investment framework, ROI thresholds, and spend guardrails for fast but disciplined Growth execution
Size and assess new markets for geo expansion, defining return thresholds and tracking performance




Partner with Growth to translate analyses into recommendations for senior leaders; challenge and validate financial logic
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and model development
Conduct sensitivity analyses and stress-test financial scenarios around macro shifts
Requisitos principales8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing, or Finance roles closely partnered with these functions
Strong fluency in incrementality, CAC/LTV, retention curves, payback periods, geo testing, MMM, attribution, and channel efficiency
Experience in a high-growth B2C marketplace or subscription business
Clear, concise communicator able to defend recommendations before executives
Proven track record of influencing Growth teams and building scalable operational frameworks
Proficiency with Looker, Snowflake/SQL, and advanced Sheets/Excel
Experience applying AI tools to accelerate analysis and surface insights
