OverviewIn this role you own the MEU marketing technology stack, guiding the deployment, testing and operation of consumer data and CRM platforms across markets.
You lead a technical team, collaborate with partners, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions that support regional and general marketing efforts.
You translate marketing plans into concrete data and integration work, delivering reliable platforms and reusable capabilities.
This is a hands-on leadership position at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology, with a focus on security, accessibility, and cross-market delivery.
ResponsabilidadesOwn regional MarTech platform reliability end to end, including integrations and monitoring
Act as MEU technical contact for global digital marketing products; deploy consumer data and CRM platforms to new markets from discovery to go-live
Support local markets from campaign brief to launch via data models and lead-gen integrations
Collaborate with Architecture, Platform and Technical Product teams on technology choices and scoping/costing
Lead SIT and UAT execution, manage defects, and move partner-built integrations to production
Implement GDPR compliance across MEU with DPO and legal, including consent and data retention
Ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance and accessibility monitoring for brand websites
Provide technical support for Away From Home (B2B) teams for CRM and data integrations
Define data-quality scope and validation,



applying Security and Responsible AI principles
Create deployment playbooks and enablement materials for self-serve onboarding of markets
Direct system integrators and agencies, acting as escalation point within the MEU partner ecosystem
Requisitos principales5 to 7 years in marketing technology, IT solution delivery or digital platform support
Hands-on experience with CDP/CRM platforms (Braze or similar) and consent management (OneTrust or similar)
Ability to translate marketing campaigns into data models and lead-gen integrations
Experience leading SIT/UAT and delivering go-live for partner-built integrations
Working knowledge of GDPR practices and collaboration with DPO and legal
Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and European Accessibility Act compliance
Cloud data fundamentals on GCP (BigQuery), APIs and ETL; ability to validate data with SQL
Experience delivering across markets in a matrix organization with SI and agencies
Experience leading a small to medium technical team
Proven ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate with non-technical audiences
