Requisitos principales8+ years of product management experience launching new products from zero to one
AI native mindset—integrating AI into daily work and product thinking

Fast, execution-driven with momentum-focused delivery
Strong product craft: discovery, lean experiments, data-driven decisions, compelling narratives
Executive presence to defend concepts and gain senior alignment
Business and financial acumen: unit economics, P&L; thinking, ROI-informed decisions
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus
Comfort with cross-functional, multicultural teams across markets
