OverviewIn this role you lead the EHS program at the Martorell JIT facility to ensure regulatory and company compliance.

You drive continuous improvement through risk assessments, training, and incident investigations.
You contribute to emergency preparedness and environmental integration in daily operations.

ResponsabilidadesCoordinate and maintain the site's EHS program for regulatory and company compliance
Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Lead job safety analyses and implement risk mitigation measures
Deliver EHS training programs including onboarding and refreshers
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions with root-cause analysis




Monitor EHS performance indicators and prepare compliance reports
Partner with operations to implement safety improvements
Support emergency drills and response plans
Participate in safety committees and promote employee engagement
Ensure environmental requirements are understood and integrated into daily operations
Requisitos principalesMaster's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Environmental Health, or equivalent experience
4+ years in EHS roles within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
Experience with risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations
Ability to influence, train, and advise employees and leaders on safe practices
