Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to provide post-sales technical expertise during installation, implementation and post-implementation servicing of Rocket products. You will support customers and sales teams with deep technical knowledge, training, and best-practice guidance.
Preferred is 8+ years in IT with strong project leadership, experience in Java/.NET, IBM i, Oracle/SQL, and enterprise app lifecycles.
