Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 AI platform for the EMEA region. You will communicate complex technical issues to Health Care Professionals, Start-up specialists, and Field Service Engineers, primarily remotely.
The role requires an engineering degree with robotics experience, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and strong problem-solving skills.
