ResponsabilidadesProvide expert technical support to customers to accelerate implementation and reduce time to market
Visit key customers with territory managers to offer system-level guidance
Collaborate with product managers to understand features and suggest usability improvements
Conduct in-depth technical training for colleagues, distributors, partners, and customers




Document customer applications to validate value proposition and refine market insights
Design and develop customer-facing demos for sales enablement and tradeshows
Benchmark top-selling products against competitors to highlight differentiators
Attend tradeshows and conferences and develop technical materials to promote technologies
Requisitos principalesB.S.
in engineering discipline and experience in technical sales or engineering
3+ years in design engineering, applications engineering, high-tech sales support, or field service
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Results-driven, customer-focused, team-oriented
Strong English language skills
Passport and up to 30% travel, mostly in EMEA
