OverviewIn this role, you shape how Wallbox communicates with internal and external audiences, aligning messaging with company priorities.
You will work with the CEO Office, People team and other stakeholders to elevate brand visibility, corporate reputation and employee engagement across international markets.
You'll translate complex business topics into clear stories and manage end-to-end communications—from media relations to internal updates and executive messaging.
This position offers exposure to high-impact initiatives, including milestones, partnerships and product launches, in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Manage day-to-day media relations across international markets and prepare press releases and corporate announcements
Support corporate communications around milestones, partnerships, product launches and strategic initiatives
Plan and coordinate internal communications, leadership messages,



newsletters and town halls
Create and edit content across formats (website copy, case studies, social posts, executive communications)
Support social media content strategy for LinkedIn and other channels
Collaborate with CEO Office on speeches, talking points and leadership communications
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, People and external agencies on content opportunities and projects
Requisitos principales4–7 years in PR, communications, journalism or related field
Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to produce high-quality content in both languages
Experience managing media relations with international media and industry publications
Proven ability to adapt communication strategies across markets and cultures
Hands-on, proactive, capable of planning through execution
Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, including senior leadership
