You'll build scalable, data-driven CS operations to reduce early churn and align local execution with global strategy.
You'll translate product priorities into actionable local actions while improving processes and KPIs across Feegow, Clinic Cloud, GIPO, MyDr, and future PMS products.
This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, blending project management, customer success, and operational excellence at scale.

ResponsabilidadesDefine and evolve the PMS CS operating model for onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention across PMS products and markets
Revamp onboarding templates, rolling them out across markets and acquired companies
Lead the early-churn initiative with a three-tier touchpoint model, moving from manual to CRM automation and migrating processes from HubSpot to Salesforce
Build the PMS CS performance layer with KPIs, dashboards, and cohort views in collaboration with BI, CRM/Ops, and Retention teams
Standardize governance and ways of working across markets to fit a data-driven global model




Translate product priorities into local execution while surfacing local realities to product/global teams
Track performance and risk across PMS CS initiatives and manage spend
Contribute to broader Clinics/Enterprise CS strategic projects
Requisitos principalesExperience in project/program management, CS, or operations in a multi-product/multi-market business
Exposure to SaaS, healthcare, or B2B operations; experience in two is a plus
Understanding of onboarding, retention/farming, churn prevention, and customer journeys
Data proficiency: KPI definition, reporting, and dashboard requirements; collaboration with BI
Experience across multiple markets or global/local operating models; translating priorities between general and local
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-supported decision-making
Ability to operate in ambiguity across products and markets and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, trust-building, and stakeholder management across product, local leadership, BI, and retention
Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus
