OverviewAs Infrastructure Team Lead, you will guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure across cloud and on?premises environments, with a focus on Kubernetes.
You will partner with cross?functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient architectures and drive IaC and CI/CD automation.
You'll lead a skilled team to meet targets, optimize operations, and ensure security and compliance.

ResponsabilidadesLead and mentor the infrastructure team to achieve project targets and maintain high performance
Design scalable hybrid architectures and Kubernetes?centric systems aligned with business goals
Drive Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation using Ansible and Terraform




Oversee operations, monitoring, uptime, incident response, and off?hours maintenance
Collaborate with InfoSec to enforce security controls, perform risk assessments, and ensure audit readiness
Evaluate third?party tools and manage technology partner relationships to meet SLAs
Requisitos principalesProven experience leading infrastructure or operations teams with measurable operational metrics (MTTR/MTTD, uptime SLAs)
Strong project and workflow management skills for complex technical initiatives
Deep knowledge of on?prem hardware (servers, SAN/NAS, enterprise networking) and IaC using Terraform and Ansible
Hands?on experience designing and administering multi?cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) across Linux and Windows
