Lead plasma IT projects from planning to deployment and ensure cross-team coordination
Manage day-to-day service performance, incident handling, and deployment steps
Coordinate with CoC, MSP and vendors to meet SLAs and ensure production safety




Lead and develop the plasma IT team; maintain documentation and knowledge assets
Requisitos principalesBachelor in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
Advanced English and Spanish communication skills
Minimum 5 years in plasma infrastructure environments including BECS systems and donor center infrastructure
Strong understanding of plasma-center technologies, IT frontend/backend, networking, monitoring
Knowledge of security, compliance practices, and regulatory requirements
Experience with ITSM frameworks (incident, change, release) and multi-vendor delivery (CoC, MSP)
