Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Contract: 6 months (with potential extension) Engagement: Contractor role, candidates must be set up (or willing to set up) as autónomo in Spain What You’ll Be Doing * Support the deployment of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, content). * Learn to use HubSpot and other automation tools to manage nurture programs. * Help set up workflows that move leads smoothly through the sales funnel. * Coordinate with product marketing and sales teams to keep campaigns aligned. * Track key campaign metrics and assist in reporting performance. * Keep campaign data clean, organized, and aligned across systems.



* Get involved in creating content that supports sales and pipeline growth. Qualifications * Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. * Some prior exposure to digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign support. * Enthusiasm for learning marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. * Comfortable with data, reporting, and working in spreadsheets. * Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. * Bonus: Any hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinars, or SaaS is a plus!
