• Analyze financial data, investment scenarios, project returns and key sensitivities.
• Assist with project and company valuations.
• Support acquisition and divestment processes, including due diligence and data-room coordination.
• Prepare financial summaries, presentations, business plans and materials for management and investment decisions.
• Assist with the preparation of information for investors, lenders and external advisors.
• Conduct market, company and transaction research.
• Coordinate financial information and follow-up actions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial templates, reporting tools and internal processes. El perfil que buscamos
• Bachelor in Finance/ Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• 2-4 of years experience dealing with financial models, M&A; activities and/or project finance
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Team player and hands-on personality
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving Skills.
• Planning and organization focus (attention to details).
